It is used to cut in portions food products such as pizza, pie, sausages and so on.

The cutting blade is working under high frequency vibrations, which lead to a neat cut thus avoiding product from sticking.

 The cutting blade is mounted on a rotary head, moving in two perpendicular directions. Resulting portions can be rectangular or wedge-shaped.

Production rate : between 50 and 200 cuts per minute, depending on the product to be cut.
