It is an auxiliary machine, which feeds a filling machine.

This item is formed by a 26-station carrousel, where the operator places by hand one empty bottle per station. Just after the bottles are placed, a blower unit will ensure good pre-forming. Next, the empty bottles are conveyed to the filling machine.
It is able to handle 1 and 2-litre bottles. Changeover can be made only by replacing the buckets and adjusting side rails.

The major part of this machine is built in stainless steel, aluminium and plastic materials (polyamide, deslidur, etc.)
Production rate : 30 bottles per minute approx. according to filling machine speed and bottle settings.
