The versatile automatic solution for medium-low production rates (2-3 packs per minute)
ECI-case packing machine has been initially conceived for erecting cardboard boxes and filling them with polyethylene, PET or glass bottles. It is able to run several types of box, according to bottle dimensions and units per box. In order to do this, some parts have to be changed and some others have to be adjusted. Besides, a number of parameters are automatically inserted into the control panel when a box format is selected in the touch screen.
A comprehensive range of products can be case packed : water, oil, wine, sparkling wine, champagne, juice and any other drink or liquid contained in a bottle.
With our ECI-case packing machine, the customer is practically having two machines in the same area because the same machine is erecting and filling the boxes. This is one of the advantages with regard to other case packing machines.
The control panel features a touch screen for an easier interaction with the user.
The major part of this machine is built in stainless steel, aluminium and plastic materials (polyamide, deslidur, etc.)

We can add any sort of conveyor belt to the factory layout, selecting which is best for each case. Rollers, PVC belt, modular belt and so on can be fitted, as well as the box sealing machine, just before palletizing.
